Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a collaborative approach between therapist and client. Common goals of therapy can be to motivate change or improve quality of life. Individuals seek therapy for help with issues that are hard to face alone.Therapy can help people overcome obstacles to reaching their goals, increase self-esteem, learn skills for handling difficult situations and making healthy decisions. Many individuals find they enjoy the therapeutic journey of becoming more self-aware and engage in ongoing therapy for self-growth.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is a form of treatment where a small group of individuals meet regularly to talk, interact, and discuss problems with each other and the therapist. Group therapy attempts to give individuals a safe and comfortable place where they can work out problems and emotional issues. Group therapy participants gain insight into their own thoughts and behavior, and offer suggestions and support to others. In addition, individuals  who have a difficult time with interpersonal relationships can benefit from the social interactions that are a basic part of the group therapy experience
