Experience
My experience includes over 3 decades of working with individuals facing difficult changes, life choices, and crises. My goal as a psychologist is to listen, support, and empower each client to find and live their best life. My style is an integrative approach that uses a range of treatment modalities including aspects of behavioral and cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, as well as ACT and mindfulness-based approaches. It is my hope that clients emerge from the therapy journey prepared to confidently navigate the challenges of their world.
